Serving pieces created to be used in your oven or
microwave, then cleaned up in the dishwasher.   
The copper lids are created by hand for each
unique piece.  

I compound all of my own glazes, they are food safe
and durable.  All casseroles are microwave, oven,
and dishwasher safe.  Their copper lids should be
hand washed.
